파고(PAGO)는 자체 앱 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 앱에 저장된 집중 기록과 설정은 기본적으로 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.

기기 내 데이터 삭제

앱을 삭제하면 기기 내부의 집중 기록, 설정, 커스텀 문구, 나만의 두더쥐 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
Android에서는 기기 설정의 앱 정보에서 앱 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
iOS에서는 앱을 삭제하면 앱의 로컬 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

구매 기록

Google Play 또는 Apple App Store의 구매 영수증과 결제 기록은 각 스토어 정책에 따라 관리됩니다.
Pro 구매 복원은 스토어 구매 기록을 기준으로 처리됩니다.

서버 데이터 문의

Pro 구매 검증 과정에서 처리된 서버 데이터 삭제나 문의가 필요한 경우 위 이메일로 앱 이름, 스토어, 구매 시 사용한 스토어 계정, 요청 내용을 보내 주세요. 법적 의무, 보안, 분쟁 처리에 필요한 최소 기록은 관련 법령 및 정책에 따라 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.

Data Deletion Guidance

PAGO does not create its own app account. Focus records and settings are stored locally on the user's device by default.

Deleting On-Device Data

Uninstalling the app deletes local focus records, settings, custom phrases, and custom mole data.
On Android, users may also delete app data from the device app settings.
On iOS, deleting the app removes its local app data.

Purchase Records

Google Play or Apple App Store purchase receipts and payment records are managed under each store's policies.
Pro restoration is handled based on store purchase history.

Server Data Requests

If you need to ask about server-side data processed during Pro purchase verification, email us with the app name, store, store account used for purchase, and your request. Minimum records required for legal, security, or dispute handling may be retained as required by applicable laws and policies.
